- Ramonda scolds the councilmen for performing civility while quietly plotting to attack a weakened Wakanda as they try to recover following T'Challa's death. She tells the delegates about an attack on their outreach center the previous night, uploading proof that France was involved to the devices of the councilmembers. The Dora Milaje escort the mercenaries into the room and make them kneel, nodding to the French delegate. Ramonda threatens to consider further attempts on their resources as an act of aggression, insisting that Wakanda is still able to protect themselves. She wishes the nations luck in finding resources outside of Wakanda.
