Bannerman Brown was an artificially engineered strong-man on loan to the 50-State Initiative. During the Avengers Civil War, Brown sided with Anthony Edward Stark's team of the Mighty Avengers to battle against Steven Grant Rogers's team of the Secret Avengers in order to arrest Bucky Barnes.
