The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants is a group of mutants that were expelled from the United Kingdom of Mutants and Inhumans for defending mutant supremacy and persecuting Inhumans. They were leadered by a variant of Magneto, but he was overthroned and replaced by a variant of Cassandra Nova, Xavier's twin sister. Due to Cassandra Nova being a Omega-level Mutant and having powerful mutants on her side, the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants controls and have influence over a great part of the south and southwest of the Void. After Nova's defeat, only Mystique, Mastermind, Avalanche and Lady Deathstrike survived, and Mystique became the new leader.
When Deadpool and Wolverine arrived in the Void, Wolverine killed Sabretooth, but they were captured by Toad. Cassandra, initially amused by them, intended to sacrifice them to Alioth and killed Johnny Storm. However, Deadpool and Wolverine managed to escape.
During a battle in the Void, most of the villains were killed by Wolverine, Deadpool, Elektra, X-23, Blade, and Gambit. Pyro was killed by Cassandra after attempting to betray and kill her. Ultimately, Cassandra was defeated and killed by Wolverine and Deadpool after her attempt to destroy the Multiverse.
Lady Deathstrike, who possesses similar powers to Wolverine, is presumed to have either survived in the Void or been killed by Alioth.
