Carl Peel, also known as Pigsticker, was a former member of the U.L.T.I.M.A.T.U.M.. LIke all those in the organization, he was a survivor of the Snap and had always believed to make the world better for others. However, at one time, he was left behind during an operation when the Power Broker, Inc. was chasing them. No longer part of the U.L.T.I.M.A.T.U.M., Peel went into hiding and used his alias "Pigsticker" as a way to keep himself away from the Power Broker. Apparently, he was tracked down by Bucky Barnes, Sam Wilson, and the Zemo brothers, who were tracking down the U.L.T.I.M.A.T.U.M.. Before the Zemo brothers were on the motive to kill him, Peel managed to escape and disappeared.
