Commander N'ogskak was a member of Cobweb's band of Mindspawn. While on Earth causing turmoil in the nightmares of humans, N'ogskak took possession of criminal Jeremy Roscoe, turning him into the demonic Psykotic. Through Roscoe, N'ogskak fought against Rick Sheridan & Sleepwalker until the latter were able to talk sense into Roscoe & free him from Cobweb's influence. As a result, N'ogskak became a reluctant ally in assisting Sheridan, Sleepwalker, & Psykotic in their fight against Cobweb before sacrificing himself to slay his former master.

  • Mindspawn Physiology:
    • Superhuman Vision: Through his multiple eyes, N'ogskak was able to see wavelengths invisible to the human eye. His eyes projected warp-beams able to alter the shape & durabilty of physical matter.
    • Possession: N'ogskak could possess humans & feed on the mental energies of his targets.
    • Shape-Shifting: N'ogskak was able to assume the form of a Sleepwalker.
  • Sleepwalker Physiology: While under the guise of a Sleepwalker, N'ogskak possessed many, if not all, abilities similar to that of a Sleepwalker.
    • Superhuman Strength:
    • Superhuman Durability: N'ogskak was highly resistant to physical injury.
    • Superhuman Reflexes:
    • Superhuman Stamina: N'ogskak's body produced no fatigue toxins, granting him almost untiring physical stamina in all activities; his stamina was limited only by how much mental energy he contained. He didn't need sleep & was immune to attacks that would render him, or take effect when, unconscious. In places that were filled with mental energy like the Mindscape, he had essentially unlimited stamina.
    • Flight:
    • Regenerative Healing Factor: N'ogskak could heal from practically any injury by absorbing mental energy. He could absorb mental energy whenever he returned to his host or to the Mindscape. This allowed him to recover from otherwise fatal injuries.
    • Mental Power Amplifier: As a denizen of the Mindscape, N'ogskak could enhance mental powers from psionics & magic alike by his mere presence.
    • Mental Energy Absorption: By absorbing the energy from mental attacks, he could increase his energy level. He may also absorb it from others' minds & with the use of a Mindrake.
