Sometime during the mid-1980s, Cynthia had been diagnosed with cancer, but everything would turn around when she met with Doctor Jacob Paxton, who offered her a cure as a way to rid the cancer. Accepting his proposal, she arrived at a building that was part of the Nextin Pharmaceuticals.

- Super-Soldier Physiology: The Super-Soldier Serum enhanced all of her bodily functions, such as his strength, durability, speed, agility, stamina, reflexes, senses, healing, and lifespan to augmented levels. It also prevents her from getting intoxicated by alcohol, meaning he cannot get drunk. The Super Soldier Serum also saved her from cancer and permanently transformed her into a "perfect" specimen of human development and conditioning.
- Enhanced Strength:
- Longevity: As a result of the Super-Soldier Serum, Cynthia ages much slower than the normal human and can live more than two hundred years or little more. During the modern day, she still looks the same as she once was during the 1980s.
