While she remained at the Playground, Daisy received word from Director Coulson that a mad synthezoid named Ultron was beginning to lay waste to the planet. In hopes to get help, Daisy and Lincoln Slade were able to summon Gordon Thorpe return to the Afterlife to convince Headmaster Jennifer Kim to help stop this threat. However, when they arrived, Ultron had just sent his Ultron Drones to attack the Afterlife, killing many Inhumans. While trying to fight back against these attackers, Daisy witnessed in horror as Lincoln fell to the ground dead and Gordon badly wounded. She rushed over to Gordon, who used the last of his strength to safely teleport her to a Quinjet.
