Earth-515, also known as Earth-Prime or the Primal Universe, is a universe created by user Heitorfred1.
Description[]
Overview[]
Earth-515 is the main Universe within the Multiverse, reason why it's alternatively called Earth-Prime or the Primal Universe. It holds several differences when compared to the canon Marvel Cinematic Universe, such as: characters with more comic-alligned backgrounds and personalities, different internal rules, the addition of personal ideas and necessary recastings.
This Earth attempts to fix points that its creator (user Heitorfred1) is not fond of, such as personality traits from certain characters (both MCU and comics characters) considered toxic and unhealthy, characters' backgrounds (and, sometimes, whole characters) that have not aged well, ideals seen as harmful or castings that do not respect the characters' ethnicities. As an example, Earth-515 has a wide number of openly LGBTQ+ characters.
Lore information[]
On Earth-515, unlike the canon MCU, many other characters from the comics exist, and have been present in the stories for years. The X-Men are native to this Universe, and were formed two years prior to the Avengers; the Fantastic Four exists as well. Dozens of other heroes and villains debuted after Iron Man, making the "Heroic Age" in this Universe filled with much more heroes than on the canon MCU.
A difference between this Universe and the canon MCU is that in here, the existence of time travel and the Multiverse have always been common knowledge to the main characters, with several characters from other points in time and even alternative Universes interacting with the main heroes throughout the years - although the characters themselves didn't know much about the specific rules of it until later in the timeline (more specifically after this Earth's analog events of Endgame and Multiverse of Madness). Some characters even experienced time traveling adventures, but in either accidental ways, or guided by other entities or forces - still maintaining the discovery of the rules and ways of time travel by Tony Stark (and, on this Earth, Reed Richards) in 2023. The kind of time travel depicted here is the same as the one depicted in the MCU; however, on this Earth, not all time travels create Branching Timelines. Some time travels are actually fixed points in time, meaning they are part of the "Sacred Timeline"'s history and always meant to happen, explaining why Cable's time travels don't cause the timeline to branch, for an example.
On Earth-515, are (totally or partially) canon the events from:
- Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (from Season 1 until Season 5)
- Inhumans
- Daredevil
- Jessica Jones (Season 1)
- Luke Cage (Season 1)
- Iron Fist (Season 1)
- The Defenders
The Netflix shows are all set 2 years prior than they are in the canon MCU. The Punisher show does not exist due to Frank Castle dying during the events of Daredevil season 2, as Heitorfred1 does not like the character.
There are equivalent shows to Runaways and Cloak & Dagger, but they are more direct adaptations of their comics instead of the shows, although most of the actors are kept in this version.
When it comes to gods and other mythological creatures, Earth-515 is more similar to each of Earth's religions and mythologies rather than the MCU or even the main comics. For example, on Earth-515 Gaea and Jörd are not the same person, thus Gaea is not the mother of Thor.
Also, other media franchises are part of this interation of the MCU, such as Ben 10, Tales of Arcadia, The Breakfast Club, Everybody Hates Chris, and others.
- Ben 10's canon is considered only up until it starts conflicting with Marvel's internal rules;
- Tales of Arcadia is almost entirely canon, except for a few lore information and the majority of the movie Rise of the Titans;
- The movie The Breakfast Club is entirely canon on this Earth, as its end does not conflict with anything created by Heitorfred1;
- Elements and characters from the Everybody Hates Chris series are canon, but in a way that suits Marvel lore;
- Some elements from DC Comics/Young Justice are canon to this Universe, such as the Reach (related to The Breakfast Club storyline) and the Phantom Zone;
- The Godzilla mythos is loosely canon to this Earth;
- Various elements from El Chapulín Colorado have been added to Red Locust's backstory;
- A big part of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel: the Series' lore and narrative are canon to this Earth, but several points are changed to fit both Marvel's lore and Heitorfred1's personal views. Some of the changes are that:
- the shows' narratives happen in the modern days instead of the late 90s/early 2000s;
- the events of Angel's season four happened, but instead of Jasmine possessing Cordelia she possessed Sunny, who in this version did not die of overdose;
- The-Powers-That-Be is the Marvel version of the character, instead of the Buffyverse depiction of it - as a group of higher beings. Cordelia Chase is the current Avatar of The-Powers-That-Be, as was Doyle before her, and Whistler before him;
- Because of it, Jasmine is not a rogue Power That Be, but instead a corrupt Elder Goddess;
- Spike went through a personality change after getting his soul back similar to when Angelus became Angel;
- Fred's soul was not destroyed when she became the host to Illyria, and the two of them share Fred's body;
- etc, etc.
