- Artificially Extremis Physiology: Due to being enhanced by Extremis, Elizabeth Allan displayed various superhuman abilities, such as being able to regrow entire body parts, strength, enhanced healing factor, a touch able to melt metal, and the ability to channel the heat produced by Extremis to spit fire out of her mouth. She was highly-skilled in martial arts.
- Superhuman Strength: The Extremis enhanced Elizabeth Allan's strength.
- Superhuman Agility: The Extremis enhanced Elizabeth Allan's agility to the point where she was able to effortlessly dodge her enemies.
- Superhuman Stamina: The physiological enhancements brought by Extremis allowed Elizabeth to increase her stamina.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Elizabeth Allan was able to easily dodge attacks.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Elizabeth was able to heal his previous disabilities, as it was the primary original intention of Extremis. He was able to heal superficial wounds almost immediately, regrow severed limbs in a matter of seconds, and even withstand powerful explosions.
