Enrico "Rico" Richards, codenamed Iron lad, is a hero who had recently created a nexus-event that disrupted the Sacred Timeline and would end up arrested by the T.V.A. while his branched timeline was pruned. He was released from custody and decided to work for the bureaucratic organization that was currently led by the Judgement Time Council. While at war with the Radical Time Faction, Enrico had been tracking down a dangerous variant known as Kang the Conqueror, and traveled to a universe where he would initiate a program to find the most perfect heroes in helping him track down Kang and even save the world.
