The Garrison is one of the superhero teams of the 50-State Initiative, representing Vermont.

Name: Vijay Nadeer

Description: Vijay Nadeer is an Inhuman & the brother of the United States Senator Ellen Nadeer. Upon undergoing his Terrigenesis, Nadeer became trapped in his cocoon for months until he was freed by Jemma Simmons. Now free, Nadeer reunited with his sister, whose hatred for Inhumans led her to hire the Watchdogs to assassinate Nadeer. When Nadeer was shot in the gut & seemingly killed by his own sister, his body was then dumped into the sea where it then underwent Terrigenesis once again. Upon his second Terrigenesis, which gave him fish-like attributes, Nadeer found himself on the shores of Vermont. He was eventually enrolled in the 50-State Initiative, wherein he joined the Garrison.

Name: Malcolm Murphy
Species: Human/Tiger Hybrid

Status: Alive
Description: Malcolm Gregory "Greg" Murphy was the unwilling subject in genetics experiments performed by a splinter cell of HYDRA who physically combined him with a tiger, creating a hybrid man-tiger with the memories & instincts of both. After being rescued, Murphy enlisted in the 50-State Initiative, wherein he joined the Garrison under the codename "Man-Eater".

In the comics, the members of the Garrison were of African-American origin, making it the first all-black superhero team.
