The Humans Off Planet is the name of an organization that was founded by politcian Alice Hoffman. During the Zombie Apocalypse, the Humans Off Planet consisted of many humans that remained untouched by the virus, and avoid been killed or zombified by zombies.

Over the last couple of years throughout the Zombie Apocalypse that had spreaded across the Earth, countless humans around the world, who continued to remain uninfected by the virus, had been setting up as many fortified camps while Nicholas Joseph Fury, who was one of the leaders of the Humans Off Planet, had set up his personal headquarters on his S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier called the Crescent.
Even a number of fortresses on the eastern side of the world were used to protect humanity and a number of surviving members of the Masters of the Mystic Arts used their magic to create barriers as a way to keep the zombies out of bay. All of the islands of Hawaii was also known to be a sanctuary for uninfected humans and serves as the home for Inhumans led by an Inhuman royal family known as the House of Agon. Hundreds of Base Camps had been built around Greenland and Antarctica since zombies are not comfortable with arctic regions.
S.H.I.E.L.D., which had affiliated with the Humans Off Planet, used the Cube, Coventry, Hangar SFC-S, Hub, Lighthouse, Sandbox, S.H.I.E.L.D. Airbase, S.H.I.E.L.D. Dam Facility, S.H.I.E.L.D. S.T.A.T.I.O.N., Theta Protocol Facility, Treehouse, Triskelion, and Union City as their personal base of operations and even sheltering as many survivors.

Katherine Elizabeth Bishop, Katy Chen, Kamala Khan, Anna Romanova, Alexi Andreovitch Shostakov, James Elliot Woo, and Shang-Chi Xu were among a group of survivors that joined the Humans Off Planet to stand against the Zombies
