Igor Drenkov was a Soviet scientist who worked for Leviathan under the leadership of General Viktor Egorav. While he managed to get himself into HYDRA and send important information to General Egorav of the Winter Soldier Program, it turns out that Iosef Karpov discovered Doctor Drenkov's treachery and sent one of his new assassins Josef Petkus to eliminate him.
