Jazinda Kl'rt-Spawn was a different variant of a Skrull who was born on the planet Zaragz'na, one of the worlds that belonged to the Skrull Empire. The daughter of Kl'rt and the sister of Sarnogg, she had recently left her world and joined the Ravagers, but years following the Blip, she retired and wanted to settle on Earth due to her love over the planet's traditions and law firms. Before she left the Ravagers, she was involved in the battle of Earth against Thanos and his army. When she learned that the Sy-Torak Gem was lost from her possession and discovered it was stolen, she sought to reclaim it and fulfill her promise by sending it back to her people on Zaragz'na, but was accused of theft by Nicholas Trask. Upon meeting with Emilee Freeman, who agreed to become her lawyer, Jazinda won the case and was later offered to work for the Fourth Wall Enterprises at the request of Daniel Goodman, who was quite impressed with her skills.
