Sometime later while staying in New York City and resuming her relationship with Luke, Jessica survived the genocidal Snap that Thanos Rex had caused. She had witnessed in absolute horror of seeing many people being turned to dust. Refusing to go back into her old ways, Jessica went on the verge to help as many people, especially orphaned kids that lost their families.

About a year after the Blip, Jessica had recently left her daughter under the care of Steven Cornish, who helped Thelma reform the Hogarth & Associates when they came back to life. While still remaining in contact with her daughter, who had been spending sometime with her father, Jessica was offered a position in S.H.I.E.L.D. by Director Daisy Johnson and agreed to work for the agency, only on a condition that she would have her own private office back in New York. She would also join the Cavalry Company led by Melinda May and formed a great relationship with her.
