After Foggy's death, Karen moved to San Francisco and went to work for the BorderLine Investigative Services. During her job, she former a relationship with an F.B.I. agent named Phillip Hichok. Together, the two would go on to get married and have a child of their own. However, she was suddenly turned into a vampire by Zachariah Ravenscraft, who saved her life during a shootout. As a new member of the Nightstalkers, Karen was known as the vigilante Oath and uses her vampiric abilities to protect the innocent.

Vampire Physiology: After being turned into a Vampire, Karen Page possesses all of the various superhuman attributes commonly associated with her new kin.
- Superhuman Strength: Like all vampires, Karen is superhumanly strong and possesses about 10 times the strength he possessed as a human, allowing her to lift about 1 ton.
- Superhuman Speed: Karen can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete.
- Superhuman Agility: Karen's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.
- Superhumanly Acute Senses: Karen's senses of sight, smell, and hearing are enhanced to superhuman levels. Like all vampires, she has exceptional night vision and can see with perfect clarity in near-total darkness. She can also detect sounds that ordinary humans can't, even at great distances. Her sense of smell is also acute enough to detect the scent of blood in the air, which she can use to track and injured opponent if necessary.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Like all vampires, Karen can rapidly regenerate damaged or destroyed bodily tissues faster and more efficiently than an ordinary human. She can regenerate from multiple bullet wounds, knife wounds, or severe body-wide burns within a matter of hours.
- Immortality: Like all vampires, Karen is functionally immortal in the sense that she is immune to the effects of aging and all known Earthly diseases.
- Vampirism: Karen is capable of transforming an individual into a vampire by biting them. A special enzyme found only within vampire saliva is responsible for this transformation.

Master Investigator: As a Human and later a Vampire, Karen discovered a passion for detective work while cooperating with William Tatters and Mitchell Ellison. When she began working for the New York Bulletin, she proved herself to be a highly capable investigative reporter. She received praise from Foggy and Matt Murdock. Her skills were much more stable than Jessica Jones.
