Leo Jacobson (Reality-199999)

Doctor Leo Jacobson was a scientist who worked for the agency S.H.I.E.L.D. along with Doctors Wilfred Nagel and Karlin Malus, but also a former member of the Masters of the Mystic Arts and had a rivalry with Doctor Miles Warren. For years during his work, he had been trying to create a serum that was capable of healing people, but had no success. When he learned that HYDRA had been hiding within S.H.I.E.L.D. for the past several decades since the end of World War II, he went into hiding and made an attempt to expose HYDRA to the world until former director Nicholas Joseph Fury, Isabelle Hartley, Maria Hill, Captain America, Black Widow, and Falcon were able to achieve that goal. With HYDRA exposed, Doctor Jacobson continued to remain in hiding since he was afraid that HYDRA would come after him and his work.

After surviving the Snap that Thanos Rex had caused to eliminate 50% of life in the universe, Doctor Jacobson was able to perform the rejoined S.H.I.E.L.D.'s third incarnation and would be one of many that attended Tony Stark's funeral. Following the Blip, he continued to work for S.H.I.E.L.D., but was known to be a loyal supporter to the U.L.T.I.M.A.T.U.M., for which he disagreed on that the C.S.A. was preventing the deportation of the refugees and to force the C.S.A. to give the refugees better living conditions. Despite the recent crimes that the U.L.T.I.M.A.T.U.M. had done, Doctor Jacobson was responsible for saving Karli Morgenthau's life by injecting his own serum into her while the rest of the EMT staff did whatever they could to keep her sedated and alive while the world believed her to be dead.

Serum of the Seraphim: Ever since he left the Masters of the Mystic Arts, Doctor Leo Jacobson used his skills to create a very special elixir that would be the key in saving the lives of many people. Some of his vials that held the serum were stolen by his rival Miles Warren, who used them to create a a variant serum in order to prevent cellular degeneration on clones.
