The Leviathan Soviet deep science and espionage agency. After end of World War II, Leviathan came in conflict with the S.S.R by stealing weapons developed by Howard Anthony Walter Stark. For decades, Leviathan continued to remain active and had been responsible for the creation of a secret project known as the Black Widow Ops Program, for which members of the agency abducted young girls to be trained and brainwashed into one of the world's deadliest killers.
