"Doing this will start a war."
―Louis Belski to his captors[src]

Louis Belski was a famous celebrity who was turned into a vampire by Vlad Dracula, who saved his life from staging accident. As part of the Vampire Nation, Belski became a member of the Mystikos Sect and learned the skills to survive, even though he never wanted to become one. For the last few months, especially following the Blip, Belski was among a number of monsters that had been captured by the Hunter of Monster Special Force and held in a prison inside the Bloodstone Curios. When he had managed to break free due to being chosen for the hunters to kill and had bitten Nathaniel Timly, he was subdued by the Bloodstone Guards and then executed by Robert Hellsgaard under the orders of a vengeful Andrea Timly, who would go on to choose Man-Thing as Belski's replacement.

"I can save your husband. I know the remedy to prevent him from becoming a vampire. In exchange, I will tell you, only if you release us."
―Louis Belski to Andrea Agatha Timly.[src]

As a vampire of the Mystikos Sect, Louis Belski was known to be a man filled with compassion and mercy, and ever since he was captured by the Hunter of Monster Special Force, he warns his captors that doing this could trigger a war and offered a chance to make peace. After biting Nathaniel, Louis offered to help his wife Andrea by telling her of a remedy that can prevent Nathaniel from being turned into a vampire, but only if she agreed to his terms in letting him and his friends go. He even promised her that once they're released, no harm would come to them. He also carried a funny sense of humor due to his acting skills. As he was about to be executed, Belski wasn't afraid to die and closed his eyes to accept what was about to happen to him.
