Louise Hastings is a Human Witchbreed who was a former member of the New Salem Coven, a coven that lived in New Salem. A former captain of the Spellbinders, she was one of the witches/warlocks that fell under the corruption of the Darkhold and sought power that made them the most strongest witches of the world. However, Louise came to see the error of her ways when she saw that the Darkhold's influence turned her into a monster. Despite turning against her destiny, she was banished by the leading elders of the coven and the rest of her life in exile for her crimes.
For the past decades throughout her exile, Louise had been a member of the Darkhold Redeemers, for which she and those that had once been corrupted by the Darkhold would seek their path towards redemption.
