Lucius O'Neil was a professional wrestler who underwent the Power Broker's strength augmentation process. As one of those who were given the Super-Soldier Serum, Lucius successfully auditioned for membership in the fledgling Unlimited Class Wrestling Federation, alongside other soon to be famous wrestlers. Becoming totally loyal to the Power Broker, Lucius worked as a body guard for the Power Broker, Inc. and was given the task to protect Suzanne Selby.
