Melissa Ashford, also known as her personal codename Melee, was a former Widow assassin who worked for Leviathan. As one of many who were brainwashed, she was freed from General Viktor Egorav's control and would go on to join MI13 in England. She became a victim of the Snap, but would be restored to life five years later and resumed her career as an agent of MI13.

After being freed, Melissa felt different at the time when she joined the agency MI13 in England. However, while tracking down certain targets, she prefers not to kill them since she still felt haunted over her past and wanted to have it buried.
