Miklro: Doomsday is an upcoming 2026 superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Miklro, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is set after the events of Miklro: Uprising, which has Callins, the Guardians Of The Galaxy, and The Avengers going face to face with a multiverse rebellion that could end the main MCU universe as we know it.
Part of Phase Six of the MCU, the film is set to be released on May 1 2026.
Plot[]
Set after the events of Fantastic Four: The First Steps, Rose Callins, the Guardians Of The Galaxy, the Fantastic Four, and the Avengers team up to face off against the long prophecized multiverse rebellion, led by Roland Callins, an evil variant of Miklro who has a specific hatred for Rose, and Victor Von Doom, who has been haunting Callins and the other Miklros for decades.

- A half-human Ravager, Avenger, and former member of the Guardians capable of flight and electricity who was adopted by the Ravagers after being abandoned by his adoptive parents during a road trip. He resides in Earth following the events of Miklro Uprising to help fix the damage caused by Knowhere's destruction, while also rejoining and doing work for the Avengers in the process.
- Timothee Chalamet as Thomas "Tommy" Winslow / Miklro
- An alternate playful variant of Miklro, Avenger, and a former member of the Guardians who was separated from Rose’s body via a magic pill by Laurel Callins. He was previously a Nova Corps officer before being consumed by the Miklro Virus. He resides on Earth following the events of Miklro Uprising to help fix the damage caused by Knowhere's destruction, while also joining and doing work for the Avengers in the process.

- An evil multiverse-traveling variant of Miklro who starts the multiverse rebellion alongside his master, Victor Von Doom, to get revenge on Callins. He previously wiped out all variants of Kang The Conqueror from existence, as shown in the mid credits scene of Miklro: Uprising.
- Jack Quaid as Dr. Ryan "Rose" Callins / Miklro
- A variant of Miklro from the 1960s in an alternate universe who works closely with Reed Richards.
- Molly Gordon as Wikkon
- An expert gunsman / martial artist, Avenger, former member of the Guardians, and wife of Callins who resides on Earth following the events of Miklro Uprising to help fix the damage caused by Knowhere's destruction, while also joining and doing work for the Avengers in the process. She has also given birth to a child named Meredith, named after Peter Quill's mother of the same name.

- A teenager and Avenger who received spider-like abilities after being bitten by a radioactive spider. Holland reprises his role from previous MCU Media.

- A neurosurgeon who became a Master Of The Mystic Arts following a career ending car accident.
- Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson / Captain America
- An Avenger and former pararescueman who was trained by the military in aerial combat using a specially designed wing pack.
- Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes / Winter Soldier
- An enhanced soldier with a cybernetic arm and the de facto leader of the Thunderbolts. Presumed killed in action during World War II, he reemerged in the present day as a brainwashed assassin before his programming was removed.
- Stan also portrays Bucky Barnes / Miklro 2049, a variant of Miklro who was abducted by Ravagers during World War I.
- Paul Rudd as Scott Lang / Ant-Man
- An Avenger and former petty criminal with a suit that allows him to shrink or grow in scale while increasing in strength.

- The daughter of Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne who is handed down a similar suit and the Wasp mantle from her mother.

- An Avenger and the former king of Asgard, based on the Norse mythological deity of the same name.

- An enhanced super soldier and member of the Thunderbolts. He is a former decorated Captain of the U.S. Army Rangers and became Captain America before receiving an other than honorable discharge from the U.S. Government.

- A member of the Thunderbolts who was trained in the Red Room as a Black Widow.

- A member of the Thunderbolts who is the Russian super-soldier counterpart to Captain America and a father-figure to Belova.

- An alternate aggressive variant of Miklro and Avenger who formerly worked for the High Evolutionary. He was previously a boxer in San Francisco and was a former boxing champion before being abducted by scientists working for the High Evolutionary. - An alternate female variant of Miklro and Avenger who formerly worked for the High Evolutionary as one of his creations. She was previously a tech employee in New York obsessed with pop culture before being abducted by scientists working for the High Evolutionary during the Battle Of New York in 2012. She resides on Earth following the events of Miklro Uprising to help fix the damage caused by Knowhere's destruction, while also joining and doing work for the Avengers in the process.
- Asa Butterfield as Lyle Hanson / Miklro
- An alternate variant of Miklro and Avenger who formerly worked for the High Evolutionary as one of his creations. He was previously a theater actor in London before being abducted by scientists working for the High Evolutionary. He resides on Earth following the events of Miklro Uprising to help fix the damage caused by Knowhere's destruction, while also joining and doing work for the Avengers in the process.

- A first lieutenant in the US Air Force and Avenger who takes on Wilson's former mantle of Falcon, using a similar wing pack.
- Letitia Wright as Shuri / Black Panther
- The princess of Wakanda who designs new technology for the nation. She has taken the mantle of Black Panther after the death of her brother T'Challa.
- Louis Cody as Kyle Dash / Ashwood
- A multi-powered mutant, Defender, Avenger, and Shuri's boyfriend who has the abilities of superspeed, high jumping, duplication, and night vision.
- Simu Liu as Xu Shang-Chi / Shaun
- A skilled martial artist who was trained to be an assassin by his father Wenwu, but left the Ten Rings organization for a normal life in San Francisco and changed his name to Shaun.

- A master archer and a former Avenger and agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

- A powerful warrior and leader of Wakanda's mountain tribe the Jabari.
- Carl Lumbly as Isaiah Bradley
- An African-American Korean War veteran and super soldier who was imprisoned and experimented on for 30 years. He becomes controlled when triggered by certain music, and is one of Roland Callins' targets. After the events of Captain America: Brave New World, he (who was in custody at the time for attacking President Ross) and his grandson are currently under the safety of the Miklro Corps after being rescued by them to avoid being killed by Roland.

- A mysterious shapeshifting doctor and employee of Albarn Industries responsible for creating the Miklro Virus who is seeking revenge against Callins. She is currently in custody at the RAFT Prison following the events of Miklro: Uprising, and later is broken out of prison by Roland Callins & his rebellion.

- A dark wizard galactic crimelord from an alternate universe who works closely with Roland Callins.

- A scientist formerly employed to Albarn Industries who now works closely with Roland Callins. He is a variant of the Fantastic Four villain of the same name.

- An Avenger, former member of the Guardians, and Gamora’s adoptive sister who, similarly to her, was trained by their adoptive father Thanos to be his personal assassin. She resides in Earth following the events of Miklro Uprising to help fix the damage caused by Knowhere's destruction, while also rejoining and doing work for the Avengers in the process.

- An Avenger, former member of the Guardians, and a highly skilled warrior whose family was slaughtered by Ronan, under the instructions of Thanos. He resides on Earth following the events of Miklro Uprising to help fix the damage caused by Knowhere's destruction, while also joining and doing work for the Avengers in the process.

- An Avenger, former member of the Guardians with empathic powers, and Quill’s half-sister. She, along with the Abilisks whom she befriended with in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 3, resides on Earth following the events of Miklro Uprising to help fix the damage caused by Knowhere's destruction, while also joining and doing work for the Avengers in the process.

- A mutant teacher at Xavier's Institute For Gifted Mutants from Earth-10005 and a veteran member of the Galactic Protection Federation who has a beastly appearance and superhuman physical abilities. Grammer reprises his role from X-Men: The Last Stand, X-Men: Days Of Future Past, the mid-credit scene from The Marvels, and Miklro: Uprising.

- The leader of The Fantastic Four who gained superhuman elasticity after being subjected to cosmic radiation.

- A powerful artificial being created by the Sovereign and member of the Guardians.

- A member of the Guardians and former scientist of Albarn Industries who has the ability to phase through matter and walk through solid objects. She is a variant of the X-Men character of the same name.

- A superpowered individual who suffers from amnesia.

- A member of the Guardians who is a sapient dog that developed psionic abilities after being sent into space by the Soviet Union.

- A member of the Guardians who was one of the High Evolutionary’s alien child prisoners before being rescued by the Guardians.

- A furry F’saki, member of the Guardians, and Will’s pet who was an unnamed Ravager’s pet before his death.

- An anthropomorphic duck, member of the Galactic Protection Federation, and former member of the Guardians who joined Callins after escaping Tivan’s collection. Following the events of Miklro: Uprising, he joined the GPF while also rekindling his relationship with Beverly.
- Kari Wahlgren as Beverly Switzler
- An anthropomorphic duck, Howard’s girlfriend, and member of the Galactic Protection Federation. Beverly is portrayed as an anthropomorphic duck in the film, while in the comics and previous media she is portrayed as a human.
- Tenoch Huerta Mejia as Namor
- The king of Talokan, an ancient civilaztion of underwater dwelling people, who refer to him as the feathered serpent god K'uk'ulkan. He comes into conflict with Roland Callins and his uprising, and is forced to ask the Avengers for help in fighting off Roland.
- Rebecca Romijn as Raven Darkholme / Mystique
- A blue-skinned mutant who possesses the ability to shape-shift to mimic anyone's appearance, as well as fight with incredible agility, reflexes, and strength. Romijn reprises her role from the X-Men Film Series and the final episode of Miklro's World Season 1.
- Kristen Schaal as Macy Salem
- A variant of Miklro and member of Marion's coven.
- Brenda Song as Annie Mason
- A female variant of Miklro from an alternate universe who works closely with Future Miklro.

- A variant of Miklro from an alternate universe who works closely with Future Miklro. He was a former NOVA Corps Officer before being consumed by the Miklro Virus.

- An alternate variant of Peggy Carter who takes the super soldier serum after Steve Rogers is wounded by a Hydra spy, thus becoming Captain Carter in the process. She is the same variant from Earth-838, but she is rescued by Future Miklro, preventing her death from the hands of that earth's Wanda Maximoff (as shown in Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness).

- A mutant and field leader of the X-Men who emits powerful energy blasts from his eyes, and must wear specially made glasses to prevent the destruction of anything he looks at. Marsden reprises his role from the X-Men film series.

- A kindly German mutant with a strong Catholic faith, yet ironically he has the appearance of a blue demon. He is capable of teleporting himself, and others, instantly from one location to another. Cumming reprises his role from the X-Men film series and Miklro: Uprising.

- A mutant who can mentally create, control, and manipulate pure kinetic energy. Tatum reprises his role from Deadpool & Wolverine.

- Thor's adopted brother and the god of mischief, based on the Norse mythological deity of the same name. He is an alternate time variant version of Loki who created a new timeline in Avengers: Endgame beginning in 2012. After the events of the final Season 2 episode of Loki (Glorious Purpose), he currently resides at the End Of Time overseeing the timeline branches in a tree-like structure.

Downey Jr. previously played Tony Stark / Iron Man in previous MCU Media, while Dr. Doom previously appeared in Miklro: Uprising, with Terry Notary providing the costume and Maurice LaMarche voicing the character.

- A mutant Holocaust survivor and former leader / founder of the Brotherhood who can control and manipulate metal, making him one of the most powerful mutants. McKellen reprises his role from the X-Men film series.

- A mutant with uncharted telepathic powers, and founder of Xavier's Institute For Gifted Mutants. Stewart reprises his role from the X-Men film series and Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness.

- The half-human, half-Celestial former leader of the Guardians who was abducted from Earth as a child and raised by a group of alien thieves and smugglers called the Ravagers. He resides on Earth spending time with his grandfather following the events of Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 3, and later helps Callins help fix the damage caused by Knowhere's destruction following the events of Miklro: Uprising.

Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK will appear as a rock bounty hunter group who work closely with Roland.
Connor Widdows portrays Jones, a mutant with technopathy and enhanced stamina, reprising his role from the X-Men film series.
Liza Colon-Zayas, Dan Mintz, Eugene Mirman, Lizzy Caplan, Cosmo Jarvis, RJ Cyler, Suhana Khan, Bill Fagerbakke, Kelsey Asbille, Rya Kihlstedt, James Hetfield, John Legend, Liv Morgan, and Chris Evans have been cast in undisclosed roles.
