Master Sorceress: Morgan is an extremely powerful wielder of the Mystical arts trained first by Merlin Ambrosius the Great himself and has centuries of experience likely reaching up to one thousand years or so. Morgan commonly accesses her magic by means of tutting or verbal spells mostly in Latin. According to herself, she had surpassed her mentor and he became jealous leading to Morgan becoming trapped in the Dark Dimension for much of her lifespan. Despite this, upon release in modern times, her prowess enabled her to establish an entire coven of lesser (natural born) witches who were blindly loyal to her cause. During the launch of Corvus, Morgan gained access to significantly augmented magic by drawing upon the collective energies of every single owner of Corvus WizPhones - A notable example of her new limits were that she claimed to be able to merge the Dark Dimension and Earth without using Nico Minoru. Even after she was deprived of a significant part of her powers when Corvus went down, she single-handedly held her own against the combined might of the Runaways, including Nico Minoru with the Staff of One. Despite her formidability, she openly stated numerous times that Nico Minoru, unrestricted by fear, would be able to defeat and even kill her. Overall, Morgan was named one of the powerful sorceresses in the Sacred Timeline reality though her exact standing was unclear but clearly less than that of Doctor Strange and several others as she could not confidently face them without either Corvus or Nico Minoru under her command.
- Astral Projection: Morgan is capable of separating her consciousness from her corporal form thus gaining access to the Astral dimension thus becoming able to traverse the physical plane in a invisible and intangible state.
- Dark Dimension Magic Manipulation: Like the Ancient One, she can harness a form of malevolent energy directly from Dormammu and the Dark Dimension without falling to corruption and becoming a Mindless One in order to perform a variety of supernatural feats including;
  - Immortality: Her aging process is incredibly slowed down to the point where she can survive, barely aging, for centuries. However, Morgan is still vulnerable to death by mortal means but it is exceptionally difficult to accomplish given her Magic as she was able to survive barely fazed by being impaled with Nico's enchanted dagger.
  - Time Manipulation (limited): Morgan used "Duratus Vita!" to freeze her surroundings during her meeting with Nico and later resumed time by a mere gesture. Entities such as Nico Minoru were unaffected by the spell due to being the daughter of Dormammu.
    - Portal Creation: Morgan can open a doorway appearing as a glowing violet disc with etched runes covered in shadowy smoke in the edges which allows her to transport large groups of people even across dimensions.
  - Absorption: She was able to swallow a light force dagger that had been imbued with Nico Minoru’s magic into her body that had the effect of rendering her stronger.
- Dark Magic Manipulation: She is highly renowned in the arts of dark mystical forces, seperate from the Dark Dimension, being able to call upon otherworldly entities and energy fields, negative emotions or sacrifices to cast spells. Due to having obtained the Darkhold, at some point, Morgan has been able to use certain rituals contained within the sacred book to bolster her already impressive dark magic. As a result of prolonged use, deterioration can be seen at the tops of her finger tips appearing as black necrosis.
  - Umbrakinesis: By extending her hands, Morgan is capable of casting the Vapors of Valtorr spell to unleash a stream of dark misty shadows that once having engulfed her target renders them blind but also in incredible pain as Nico Minoru described it as a pin prick just behind her eyes that spreads in such intensity where she wanted to tear out her own eyes than endure further pain. However, she was able to withstand it by tapping into her Faltine nature.
  - Healing: She could gather shadows from her immediate vicinity that are then directed into the body of her choosing induces near-instant cellular regeneration and cures any condition by casting "Venit umbrae. Venit tenebris. Ego pacifico medicor". Morgan is also able to undo the effects of this, rendering the person she healed, in the state they were in prior.
  - Teleportation: She has the ability to transport herself from one location to another without physically inhabiting the space in between. Morgan disappears into a cloud of smoke that transforms into a flock of ravens.
- Mirror Dimensional Magic Manipulation: Morgan can summon and manipulate energy from the Mirror Dimension to cast supernatural spells such as;
  - Scrying: Morgan is capable of imbuing mirrors or any high enough reflective surface with magical energy enabling her to use them as a means of communication. She demonstrated this numerous times even while still trapped in another realm in order to talk to Nico Minoru.
- Witch Magic Manipulation: Morgan's body naturally produces a form of mystical energy which she can use to empower her spells acting as an self-sufficient source of power. She is also capable of drawing additional power from the Earth’s ley lines that contain electromagnetic energy. Morgan's inherent magic can interestingly manifest in two ways: 1. hazy dim blue-white energy or 2. lime green energy. The reason for possessing more than one Witchcraft manifestation, despite it being dependant on aura, is unknown.
  - Energy Manipulation: She is able to fire magical energy in the form of cloudy lime green bolts, beams and various other projections when battling opponents and has on several occasions proved devastating with one incantation being: "Mors Monstrum Innaturale". By casting: "Fabecio Navitas", Morgan was able to absorb and then redirect Chase Stein's and Karolina's combined energy attack.
  - Atmokinesis: At night time, Morgan summoned thunder and called down lightning to strike Molly Hernandez as part of a ritual to absorb the electricity.
  - Telekinesis: Morgan has the ability to mentally influence both objects and living organisms via means of gestures sometimes accompanied by a verbal component. As such, she was able to draw Robert Minoru to her by dragging him through the Crow Necklace le Fay had him wearing. During the Battle at the Hostel, she easily repelled Molly as she attempted to sneak behind her, and violently projected glass shards towards a future Chase Stein to kill him.
  - Telepathy: Morgan could mentally communicate with others through sheer focus implanting her thoughts into their brain and vice versa.
    - Mental Manipulation: While being asked to sign in to a hospital to visit Robert Minoru, she used her magic to make a receptionist forget that she had to sign in. Through her enchanted Crow Necklaces, she could also force people to do her bidding without them being able to resist.
  - Pyrokinesis: Morgan has the ability to summon and control fire in almost all of its forms including flames and embers. With this, she was able to light several candles.
  - Technopathy: With a simple wave of her hand, she was able to remove all evidence of the Runaways exposition video from the world wide internet and deactivate the laptop she was using.

Staff of One: Morgan considered the staff to be rightfully hers, and needed it to complete her ritual. When Nico bonded with the Staff, due to her Faltine DNA, Morgan had to focus on manipulating Nico, to use it for her will, instead.
Enchanted Salt: Tina Minoru was able to enchant salt which required her blood and years from her life, in order to trap Morgan. When the ring of salt is placed around Morgan, she is imprisoned in it, unless someone were to break the circle.
Banishment Spell: The Darkhold hold a spell which has the ability to banish Morgan back to the Dark Dimension, where she has no way to free herself. This has been performed twice: 1. by Merlin and 2. by Tina Minoru.
Magic: Despite her knowledge and power, Morgan is nevertheless vulnerable the forces of the mystic arts.
Higher Beings: Entities such as the Primordials or Dormammu or even his daughter Nico Minoru are able to kill Morgan. This is inclusive of beings such as the Scarlet Witch, Celestials, likely Franklin Richards, the Watcher, demons like Mephisto, and et cetera.
