His first widely recognized act occurs when he saves a group of astronauts stranded aboard a malfunctioning spacecraft adrift near the Moon. The world watches as he effortlessly breaches the vacuum of space, manually repairs the spacecraft, and guides it safely back to Earth. His actions are streamed live by the International Space Station, sparking awe and intrigue worldwide.

The United Nations convenes an emergency session following Nickolas's actions. While his rescue of the astronauts is lauded, his immense power raises questions about global security. Representatives from various nations voice their concerns:

China: "How can we ensure he does not impose his will upon sovereign states?"

Russia: "What measures are in place if he decides to turn against us?"

United States: President Donald Trump states in a televised address: "We’re looking into it. Nickolas Apex seems like a good guy, a very good guy, maybe the best guy. But we need to make sure the American people are safe. We’ll work with our allies on this."

A resolution is passed urging transparency and communication with Nickolas Apex while deploying monitoring systems to track his movements.

Director Alphonso "Mack" MacKenzie of S.H.I.E.L.D. is immediately wary. Despite Apex’s seemingly benevolent nature, S.H.I.E.L.D. begins surveillance operations to gather intelligence.

Mack: "We’re not saying he’s a threat. But someone this powerful? We’d be fools not to have contingencies. Coulson always said to hope for the best but prepare for the worst."

Daisy Johnson (Quake): "If he’s as good as he seems, maybe we don’t need contingencies. Maybe we need to just...trust him."

Melinda May: "Trust has to be earned. And so far, we’ve only seen him in action once."

Any injuries Nick suffers will immediately heal, even if Nick's body is blown up, disintegrated or completely destroyed to the sub-atomic level and even if Nick is completely erased, they will still return to life. Nick is absolutely immune to all harm, and can never die from any causes. Either way, they are unerasable. Nick completely transcend the concept of Death itself, though Nick transcend both the concepts of life and death. Nick's existence and soul become completely free and independent of even the concept of reality, making them unbound to the subjects of life & death. Nick's existence is eternal to the point that they would not only continue to exist even after the end of time and all of existence, but would also remain completely unaffected and unchanged by it, essentially outliving time itself and everything else. Even if they are still subject to powers effects, they can never be slain by them: time manipulation can never bring them to a point that can end them, causality manipulation can never bring an effect that kills them, attempts at assimilating them will never be able to subsume them (and may run the risk of being subsumed by the immortal), and so on, regardless of any other affect they may have even at the meta level.

Poison Recovery: Nick can recover from any/all kinds of poisoning, making it so they revert back to normal and can survive the effects with little to no damage.

Poison Immunity: Nick is immune to all forms of poisons/toxins/venom. This makes a perfect counter-ability to those with Poison Manipulation, Poison Inducement, and Poison Generation. This also include all forms of Venom Secretion. With complete protection from venom, the user could be bitten/stung by a toxic creature and merely sustain physical damage. Ingesting, inhaling or even drinking poisons/toxins/venom wouldn't harm Nick, more-than-likely just leaving a bad taste.

Foreign Chemical Immunity: Nick is immune to the effects of drugs, gas, and other foreign chemicals.

Absolute Recovery: Nick possesses the ability to recover instantly, recovering from all negative effects such instantly. Also, this power cannot be removed by any means necessary.

Damage Empowerment: Nick becomes stronger, faster, more durable, etc. as they receive damage from their opponents, environment, or by themselves. They may be empowered by physical damage, mental damage, or soul damage. Lethal damage can give a (near) maximum boost on the attacks on Nick

Damage Memorization: Nick can memorize the damage they take and render themselves immune to it. Whether the damage is from an opponent or self-inflicted, the user cannot be harmed in the same manner that was used to inflict damage upon them. For example, if the user assimilates the pain and damage after being cut with a sword/blade, they will become immune to the damage potential of metal-based, bladed weapons.

Reactive Immunity: Nick can become instantly immune to anything that is used against them.

Instant Kill Immunity: Nick has the ability to be immune to instant kills, making it so even a kill of an instantaneous nature will not be able to take down Nick at all.

Void Movement: Nick has the ability move in the void, even when there is absolutely nothing, as in no space, no time, no matter, no anything. Nick can move in such an area as if there were something to allow it to move in it.

Nigh-Omnipotence: Nick possesses omnipotence-like-power but has a limitation/restriction/weakness that inhibits their potential to become an omnipotent being. Nick's near-omnipotence can range from having ultimate or maxed power over a particular domain or having expert-level power, knowledge, and presence over numerous or all aspects.

Nigh-Omniscience: Nick knows almost everything bar certain details, or is limited in some other way, such as being able to see one timeline or universe or have just small patches of information that are missing or blocked out. More simply, they may be in possession of such a vast reserve of knowledge that they can be regarded as "practically omniscient."

Nigh-Omnipresence: Nick is present almost everywhere at the same time, usually being limited by/within a certain domain, such as time, space, or nothingness.

Meta Erasure Immunity: Nick is completely immune to any and all void and erasing abilities making them completely and totally inerasable, protecting their whole existence against even the most dire kind of nonexistence. They are essentially inerasable to the point that they don't rely on a source or field of existence to reside in but they totally self-contain their own existence no matter what state they are in whether they are healthy, damaged, alive or dead, amortal and so on. This means that even if there will be no existence left they will keep on like nothing has happened.

Absolute Superpower Opposition: Nick posses unimaginable power to manifest any possible ability to oppose whatever situation they happen to be. This power is based on the fact there's always available counters for nearly any ability as they exist in unyielding opposition. This is why this offers Nick any ability to overpower nearly anything on their path. They are able to choose selective set of abilities, instantly manifest and use them flawlessly with overflowing opponents with intense combinations. This power works in similar fashion as Complete Arsenal but focuses entirely on defying any situation with Nick's infinite potentiality they can bring any power from being able to do virtually anything to bypass, defy, nullify or otherwise oppose given situations.

Superpower Immunity: Nick is immune to all or certain supernatural powers and effects, like certain animals are immune to scorpion poison or snake venom. This gives Nick an advantage in certain situations, though potentially a disadvantage in others.

Self-Sustenance: Nickolas's physical, metabolic needs are drastically reduced or completely eliminated. These needs encompass breathing (air/oxygen), water, nutritional sustenance, bodily evacuations (waste excretion), rest (sleep and relaxation), heat/warmth, clothing and shelter (i.e., protection from environmental conditions/forces like cold, dryness/wetness, pressure extremes, etc.). This may permit a user to survive in or travel through normally inhospitable (e.g. anaerobic) environments, like underwater or the void of space.
