Patricia "Trish" Starr, also known as Trixie, was a cybernetic Human who was the niece of Elihas Starr and a loyal agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.. After surviving an explosion that her uncle accidentally caused in Argentina, the Brotherhood of the Shield managed to save her life by replacing her arm with a cybernetic arm and injecting her with the Infinity Formula. While secretly working closely with the Brotherhood of the Shield in order to keep its existence in the shadows, Trixie continued her career as an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and had spent most of her time in helping her cousin Talia Kruma, who had been quantumly destabilized by the explosion. Disgusted by her cousin's maltreatment in S.H.I.E.L.D., she helped Doctor William Barrett Foster in helping Talia sneak out of where she was being kept and stowed her away in San Francisco, California. While her cousin remained under Bill Foster's care, Trixie decided to help Talia when she realized that she is slowly dying due to a lack of quantum energy, which she involuntarily harnesses.

When HYDRA, which had been hiding within the shadows of S.H.I.E.L.D. for decades since the end of World War II, emerged, Trixie abandoned S.H.I.E.L.D., but remained loyal to the Brotherhood of the Shield in hopes to combat the enemy that was threatening the entire world. For the pat few years, Trixie provided assistance to Bill Foster's crew in hopes to cure her cousin from succumbing to her disease. At some point in 2018, she and Talia learn that an updated version of the Quantum Tunnel, a gateway to the Quantum Realm, which was engineered by Doctor Hank Pym, has been completed, and embedded into a portable lab. Their plans to harness quantum energy from the Quantum Realm led to a conflict with Pym's plans to rescue Janet van Dyne, whose survival in the Quantum Realm relies directly on the quantum energy Talia is seeking to extract. She and her team had been making attempts to find and steal the lab by force, putting them in conflict again, this time with Ant-Man and the Wasp. When her cousin was on the verge of dying, Trixie witnessed Janet transfers some of her energy to Talia, temporarily stabilizing her abilities. Seeing that Janet and Hank really did care, Trixie made her peace and helped her cousin go into hiding.

However, it wouldn't be long when the Mad Titan Thanos Rex completed his one and only mission in wiping 50% of life in the universe, in which Trixie was among those on Earth that were turned to dust. Five years later, the Avengers managed to solve a way in traveling back in time to the past to obtain the six Infinity Stones to undo the Snap Thanos had caused. The mission was a success when the Hulk volunteered to use the new Infinity Gauntlet to bring everyone back and Trixie was among those that did. It was at that time when she and many heroes rallied together to stand against an alternate Thanos and his Endless Resurgence, leading to the battle of Earth. After the battle, Trixie was among those that attended Tony Stark's funeral to honor his sacrifice in saving the universe.
