Reality-194111[2], also known as Reality-10005B[3] or Earth-414, is the name of a universe that existed in the Multiverse. It shared the same history as Reality-10005 up until 1973, at which point Wolverine traveled back in time from 2023 in order to prevent Mystique from killing Bolivar Trask and thus avert a dystopian future, which prevented the sentinels from rising.

- While trying to stop En Sabah Nur from escaping with his fellow horsemen, Alex Summers isn't killed in the blast, for he was transported into another universe due to him knowing the identity of a young boy named Peter Parker, who was known as "Spider-Man". This spared him from a terrible fate, other than his previous counterpart. He was safely returned back to his home universe and went on to rejoin the X-Force.
- Jean Grey isn't possessed by the Phoenix Force following a recent mission in 1992. She was saved in time by Kurt Wagner before the solar flare hits her. Since the Phoenix Force had already left the system and didn't possess Jean Grey, this meant that Raven Darkholme wouldn't be killed by Jean during the Red Hook Incident. Jean also doesn't have an alter-ego, which was known to be the "Phoenix" other than the Phoenix Force. It turns out that her alter-ego was destroyed while she unleashed enough power to defeat En Sabah Nur. This meant that Charles Xavier didn't have to suppress her powers at all and saw her as a very unique Class 5 Mutant, who has perfect control and would never possess a dark side at all.
- For several years since 2023, Jean Grey had been using her powers to help former teacher Charles Xavier, for it was keeping him from suffering a different form of dementia. She knew that this kind of dementia would cause him to lose control his immense psychic powers and would then suffer massive uncontrollable psychic seizures. Knowing that this kind of dementia would cause a serious danger, she did whatever she could in using her ability to prevent him from suffering psychic seizures. Charles knew about this while Jean was helping him and allowed Doctor Hank McCoy to perform a special serum that would be the key to cure him from this form of dementia. The serum was a success, in which it slowed down the professor's aging and it helped rid this dementia permanently, thus preventing another dark future from happening.
