- Instead of John Kelly, Victoria Hand is the one to recruit Grant Ward and trains him to become an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.. With HYDRA exposed to the world, she joined Roberto Zarate's faction of S.H.I.E.L.D. as a member of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Council. She even became a victim of the Snap.
- Pietro Maximoff isn't killed by Ultron and joins the new version of Captain America's Avengers. He openly agrees to the Sokovia Accords and sides with Tony Stark in his Mighty Avengers. After the Avengers Civil War, he rallies with the other Avengers at Wakanda and would suddenly become a victim of the Snap.
- Instead of Wanda Maximoff blowing up the building in Lagos, Crossbones is the one who does it himself. While he had been taunting his foe Captain America as a distraction, he quickly pulled out a detonator and the bomb goes off, killing dozens of innocent civilians inside that building. In anger, Steve punches Rumlow, knocking him out. Even as Rumlow was taken into custody and sent to the Raft for his crimes, the Sokovia Accords was still put into place.
- Yondu Udonta survives when he is transported into Sakaar after nearly giving his life to save Peter Quill. He goes on to join the Warbound in hopes to overthrow the Grandmaster out of power. Rather than going back, Yondu chooses to remain on Sakaar and becomes the planet's first official sheriff. He survives the Snap.
- Hope Van Dyne is involved in the Avengers Civil War, in which she chooses to side with Captain America's Secret Avengers. She manages to avoid arrest while Scott was arrested and sent to the Raft.
- For years since 1995, Carol Danvers, Nick Fury, Maria Rambeau, and H'jke Jeeku were able to find the most suitable worlds for the Skrulls to settle. The worlds that the Skrulls settled on were Aks'lo, Hy'lt Minor, Klarr, Kral IV, Kral X, Satriani, Skrell, Tarnax II, Tarnax VII, Tarnax X, Yirb, and Zaragz'na. Although, following the formation of the United Front, the signing of the intergalactic treaty, and Earth open to allowing countless alien species from across the galaxy to visit or settle on the planet, a million Skrulls, who had endured Earth's customs, chose to stay and assist S.H.I.E.L.D. and S.W.O.R.D. on Project Genesis in order to heal countless barren worlds as a way to eradicate hunger. Among the worlds that were restored were Mars.
- Ophelia Sarkissian, formerly known as A.I.D.A., chose to redeem herself and allow Leo Fitz to remain with Jemma Simmons. She is known to the world as the "Warrior White Princess" and becomes a renowned hero to the public.
- After Thanos' death at the hands of Thor Odinson
- Loki survives the Snap and goes on to join the Avengers. For the last five years, Loki had been keeping himself away from the people of Earth while overseeing the construction of New Asgard. Instead of Tony Stark, Loki is the one who sacrifices his life by using the Infinity Stones to kill Thanos and save the universe. Memorial statues are placed in Germany, London, New York,
- Heimdall managed to use his power to transport the Statesman while Thor, Loki confronted Thanos. However, he was able to use his power to save Hulk in time by sending him to Earth first to warn the humanity of the coming of Thanos. He became a victim of the Snap and would be restored to life by Hulk following the Time Heist.
- Following the battle of Earth, Tony Stark currently remains retired, but had did whatever he could to help Peter Parker prove his innocence by revealing evidence of Daniel Berkhart's scheme. Even though while he planned to help Peter and his friends to get them to MIT, Doctor Strange performed the spell to make him and the rest of the world forget that Peter Parker was Spider-Man.
