Reality-79159

Reality-79159 is one of the branching universes created when the Avengers traveled back in time to the year 2014 using Pym Particles in order to obtain the Power and Soul Stone which had been destroyed in the future.

History[]

In 2023, the Avengers figured out a way to undo the Snap and split into three teams to travel through different timelines to collect the six Infinity Stones. In an alternate 2014, War Machine and Nebula were waiting quietly on Morag until they managed to knock Star-Lord out in order to reach the Orb and retrieve the Power Stone on Morag whereas Hawkeye and Black Widow went to Vormir to retrieve the Soul Stone, leading the latter to commit suicide after Red Skull informed them about the need for one of them to sacrifice for it.

However, Thanos Rex of this universe found out about their presence due to Nebula sharing the same cerebral network as her counterpart by that time, and what his counterpart had done in their world. Abducting the Nebula of their world and stealing their Pym Particle technology, Thanos and his forces traveled to the future of Reality-199999 with the intent of destroying it and replacing it with a universe fit to his desires. However, Thanos fails to achieve his goal and once he and his forces are destroyed, Steve Rogers travels to this universe and delivers back the Power and Soul Stone.

In the aftermath of Thanos' disappearance, the Endless Resurgence was replaced by the Shadow Council, who used Thanos' name to trick worlds into giving them what they wanted in exchange for help and protection. Ronan, who had long since distrusted Thanos, regains the Power Stone and uses it to destroy the planet Xandar. As Xandar was turned into a wasteland, Ronan returned to Hala and earned the title as Emperor of the Kree Empire. However, he was stopped and defeated by Captain Marvel and her team.
