Rosalie Carbone was among the leaders of the Maggia that rallied together to attend an important meeting. While most of the leaders decided to take advantage over the city, Rosalie and a few of the leaders were reluctant of the idea, as it could lead the attention to a number of vigilantes, including Luke Cage, that could do try and stop their ultimate plan.
Meeting at Harlem's Paradise[]
After the meeting, Rosalie and those loyal to her would turn against the Maggia. She and her bodyguard Francisco paid a visit to Harlem's Paradise to arrange a meeting with Luke Cage.
