Doctor Silas Xalvador Cragg was a scientist who once worked for HYDRA before its downfall. After going to hiding in Madripoor and surviving the Snap, he was targeted by Jora'thrll Natu, who took on the form of Sharon Carter and killed him after he told her everything about the Power Broker.
