Sinthea "Sin" Shmidt is a genetic clone of Johann Shmidt, who was known as the "Red Skull" and the leading figure of HYDRA. As part of a secret HYDRA cloning project, she was known to be the product of a decades old plan to create the Red Skull's heir and perfect leader to lead HYDRA in the future. Trained by HYDRA loyalists to be a worthy heir to her father's name, Sinthea was given a special treatment known as the Infinity Formula and became Mother Superior.

- Enhanced Physical Conditioning: Sinthea Shmidt has been injected with a perfected version of the Infinity Formula that belonged to Doctor Berthold Sternberg. As a result, her body was enhanced to the peak of human potential of strength, agility, stamina, speed, longevity, healing, and reflexes.
- Superhuman Strength: Sinthea's strength is enhanced to the very peak of human potential, making her far stronger than average humans. She is strong enough to break a solid wall with a single punch, as well as effortlessly lifting a full grown man over her head with one arm and throwing him.
- Superhuman Speed: Sinthea is capable of running and moving at speeds much faster than any Olympic-class runner, enabling her to run at speeds of up to 40 mph.

- Advanced Longevity: The Perfected-Infinity Formula in Sinthea's blood has completely stopped her from aging.
