Tally is a Inhuman who lived in the city of New Attilan and became a member of the New Attilan Security Force. Sharing concern about humans living among the Inhumans within the city, Tally fears that they might plan to go up against them, but when she started to see them help her kin during a threat with the Renegade Inhumans and the Watchdogs, she truly admitted how deeply sorry she was.
