Timothy Parker: Spider-Man is a fan-film written and directed by Max Carroll. The first entry into the Marvel Cinematic Kaijuverse, the film stars Zachary Gordon as Timothy Parker, a 16-year old intellectual living in New York City with his aunt Mary Jane, his uncle Peter, and his younger cousin May. In the film, Tim develops spider-like abilities from his uncle, who was once the legendary costumed superhero known as Spider-Man. Tim then uses his powers to fight crime in a crime-overrun New York City as the new Spider-Man. Meanwhile, Maximus Yeager, the current CEO of OsCorp, dons the mantle of the Goblin Master and wreaks havoc across Manhattan, bringing him into conflict with Spider-Man.

The film opens up 18 years in the past. Spider-Man (Peter Parker) and the Green Goblin (Norman Osborn) are battling across the New York skyline in their final battle. Spider-Man manages to gain the upper hand against the Goblin, but Osborn counters back by throwing Spider-Man off the top of the Empire State Building. However, Spider-Man manages to web the thruster to Osborn's glider shut, forcing him to crash into Stark Tower. Spider-Man trails a losing Green Goblin and their battle goes from the top of the building to Tony Stark's Iron Man Hall of Armor.
