Tina appears as a beautiful women of Japanese descent within her 40s with a short stature that she disguises by wearing heals, black hair, dark brown eyes, high cheekbones, a petite figure, and has a distinctive scent of Hyacinth, Incense, Cranberries and Old Parchment Paper.

• Master Sorceress: Due to years of study and practice at a magical academy in league with the Masters of the Mystic Arts, Tina is an exceptional sorceress who is notoriously skilled in a variety of spells and rituals, being capable of even countering the Magic of Morgan Le Fay. After relinquishing the Staff of One to Nico Minoru, her daughter, Tina turned back to her previous mystic art form entirely and began to exercise her supernatural muscles so to speak to reclaim her proficiency. Despite not currently practicing dark magic, she was able to interpret the symbols for Morgan’s ritual. She is additionally responsible for a large part of Rory Minoru’s mastery over Magic.
  • Dark Magic Manipulation: While she seldom uses it, Tina has expert knowledge on dark mystical forces, seperate from the Dark Dimension, being able to call upon otherworldly entities and energy fields, negative emotions or sacrifices to cast spells.
    • Blood Magic: Tina has the ability to enchant items to possess supernatural properties. For example, she was able to perform a ritual that involved bleeding into a bowl of salt thus empowering it to nullify magic used against the salt making it a effective containment means. However, the spell consumes a number of years of her life force.
    • Interdimensional Travel: With the help of her daughter’s dark dimension magic, Tina could open portals capable of travelling across dimensional barriers with her magic serving as the foundation and Nico’s serving as the key. The spell she used was "Ligna flentes Occurodonte, serena, et arce, mitte nos per ianuam apertam, Quo magia imperata".
    • Banishing: Using a spell, Tina is capable of banishing and imprisoning enemies in dimensional prison realms such as when she sent Morgan Le Fay back to the Dark Dimension while simultaneously binding her to it. The spell summoned a violet portal above Morgan that caused Morgan to be slowly transformed to stone and then pulled through piece by piece. The Incantation was; "Ostium tenebrarum ecce superliminare. Aperi nunc, animo redimendi".
  • Witch Magic Manipulation: She is capable of drawing power from the Earth’s ley lines that contain electromagnetic energy as well as from her own inherent battery, a byproduct from the Faltine, to access a traditional form of magic used by witches most notably those with roots in Salem. Tina's mystical signature is denoted by luminescent formations of hazy blue energy.
    • Pyrokinesis: Tina is capable of summoning and manipulating all forms of fire including flames, embers, and even sparks. She notably used this to light several candles and ignite a bowl of salt.
    • Teleportation: She can transport herself and others from one location to another without physically inhabiting the space in between. However, she can not do this repeatedly nor across realms. The spell Tina utilised for this was; "Estress mundi invocea transum et lux" which Tina referred to as "surfing the ley lines".
    • Enchantment Reversal: Through the use of spells, Tina could end the enthrallment of humans controlled through magical influence. By using; "per defaltam", she was able to rapidly end the mind control of Robert Minoru and Molly Hernandez thus ending Morgan's hold on them.
    • Barriers: Tina has the ability to conjure glowing blue-white crystalline shields able to absorb impacts, energy, and mystic forces. She notably placed one over a mirror portal to prevent dark dimension soldiers summoned by Morgan le Fay from crossing over though she had to physically hold it up and was visibly strained.

Former Powers

• Staff of One Manipulation: Tina, along with her daughter Nico, could activate the Staff of One, a powerful weapon that allows the user to do almost anything by psychic or verbal means. Unlike her daughter, Tina did not need to speak her commands for her spells to be cast, and conversely could use spells based on the pronunciation of a full sentence while Nico thought that she was limited to a single word. This was due to having years to master the Staff. However, during the Battle of the construction site, Tina realized that she could no longer use the Staff, which as of this moment fully belonged only to Nico.
  • Barriers: She was capable of constructing various barriers of energy, such a soundproof barrier that covered an entire area and an indestructible glass-like crystal barrier to prevent her family from entering her deceased daughter's room. The crystal barrier she later repeated a number of times.
  • Electricity Manipulation: Tina used this ability to prevent Nico from calling the police when Nico's sister supposedly committed suicide and send a small static shock to her that rendered her unconscious.
  • Disintegration: Tina used it to prevent her husband's death by disintegrating one of the capsules that was to sacrifice him.
  • Weapon Summoning: Tina summoned the staff from Nico's hand while she was in the middle of a spell.
  • Cryokinesis: Tina was able to freeze pool water Molly fell into. It was strong enough that even Karolina's energy blasts and Molly's strength were unable to break it after trying for an extended period of time.
