Ursa Òceane Rogers is the daughter of Wanda and Azula Rogers, niece of Pietro Maximoff and Steve Rogers, and the younger fraternal twin sister of Loki Rogers. She and her brother were born with the latent ability to harness magic, so Loki, her brother's namesake, offered to train them to better control their magical powers.
