"So together... Vigilantes! Acceleration!" - ―Dragon Rider to Vigilantes
The Vigilantes are a team of (orginaly seven) extraordinary individuals know as Singular Points, with either superpowers or other special characteristics selected by Luminos and Sarah Morgans. Vigilantes were first united by the international agency Astrum Fortes as a result of the Singular Point Project, when Power Slayer sought the powerful Xenotome artifact with his Synthesoids army. The first iteration of the team, consisting of Dragon Rider, Iron Knight, Lion Fist, Thunder Striker, Stella, Solar Guardian, and ystic Sorcerer, defeated Negative Power Slayer in the Battle of Utopia to stop the Synthesoid Invasion. The team decided to remain independent from the agency and function together in the event of global or larger threats.
History[]
Selection[]

Founders of Vigilantes
The Vigilantes were selected as "Singular Points" by the legendary defender of Earth Luminos and Captain Astrum Fortes Sarah Morgans as Luminos' successors. The exact factors that the duer considered when selecting the team members are unknown, but each of them possesses extraordinary abilities, specializes in a different area, and has performed a heroic deed. The selection of the Vigilantes also seems to be somehow connected to the Absolute Crystals.

Power Slayer Escape[]

George Slater escapes from Abyss
Cornel Allen works for Astrum Fortes in the secret prison for super criminals Abyss. His task is to cure super villains of their powers, but currently all he can do is adjust the cell security to more effectively block the criminals' abilities. His assistant is Anna Rappaccini, who emits a green glow in her eyes, enchants the guards and gets to the lowest floor of Abyss, where the most dangerous criminals are kept. The woman passes the cell of the frozen Reverse Rider and gets to the place where George Slater is being held. The woman frees the prisoner and gives him his Power Slayer equipment. Anna uses magic to summon the panel of the cybernetic Xenotome cube and informs him that in exchange for freeing Slater, he has to find the remaining five panels for Rappaccini. However, freeing Slater activated a silent alarm, so Cornel appears in the Thunder Striker suit to stop the escapee. He asks Anna why she is doing this, and she reveals that she is actually a witch from Camelot, Morgana. Morgana gives George an item - Liberator, which is to help him complete his task, then opens a portal and intends to disappear. Thunder Striker uses super speed to catch her, but Slater uses Liberator to create a freezing stagnation breath, which stops the hero's speed.
Cybernetic Panels[]

Vigilantes Big Three first meeting
Dragon Rider receives a mysterious signal. After arriving at the scene, he discovers that the signal is sent by a cybernetic panel emitting green energy. On the spot, he is attacked by Tenebris agents who want to take over the cosmic item, but their fight is interrupted by an electromagnetic field generated by Iron Knight. He explains that an identical panel was stolen from the vault of his family company, and because Dragon Rider emits similar energy, he accuses him of stealing it. A battle begins between the heroes. Dragon Rider begins to charge with his fists, but Iron Knight's armor turns out to be resistant to Rider's system. Drake therefore strengthens his blows with the power of fire, which allows him to damage the knight. Iron Knight retreats into the air and shoots a stream of energy at him, but Dragon Rider draws his Dragon Saber and uses it as a shield. Iron Knight strengthens his fist with cybernetic energy, and Dragon Rider charges his sword with the power of fire, which leads to the destruction of the place where the cybernetic panel is hidden. The heroes prepare to end the fight with their finishers Iron Knight activates a stream of energy which Dragon Rider wants to counter with his fiery breath. Their mutual attacks are however stopped by Excalibur, a sword belonging to the princess of Camelot Stella - in his fourth form Rune Saver. This form does not have a physical blade, but each of its cuts allows Arcturian to seal the every energy she cut. The woman instructs them that they are not each other's enemies, then grabs a panel that teleports all three heroes.
Recruitment by Astrum Fortes[]

Solar Guardians meets Synthesoids
The heroes are teleported to the Astrum Fortes headquarters, where they meet with Captain-Commander Sarah Morgans. Sarah explains that the cybernetic panel that Dragon Rider found is a fragment of the Xenotome, a powerful artifact that allows the creation of any technology. Due to its power, it was broken into six panels by the founders of Astrum Fortes. Thunder Striker joins the meeting, explaining that the panel belonging to Astrum Fortes was used to discover Tachyon particles, which are the source of his super-speed powers. The panels also belonged to the Blaze family, and were even hidden in Camelot's vault, which is why Stella contacted Astrum Fortes through a wizard friend. Sarah Morgans reveals that their panels were stolen by George Slater aka Power Slayer, a prominent mercenary who Astrum Fortes had imprisoned in the Abyss. However, he escaped from there using a powerful cosmic weapon known as the Liberator that can materialize and exploit any weakness of its target. Solar Guardian, a police officer belonging to the Star Police Corps, joins the conversation, saying that this weapon was under their supervision, but was stolen by the Synthesoids, a race of excellent warriors divided into Cobra, Spider and Bat subtypes.
Power Slayer wielding Liberator working with Synthesoids poses a threat that even Astrum Fortes cannot deal with. Stella as pricness cannot interfere just alike Solar Guardian, who cannot interfere to the Earth protection due to the Corps Code, so Sarah asks Dragon Rider, Iron Knight, and Thunder Striker to retrieve the panels and stop Power Slayer. Heroes agree.
Searching for Power Slayer[]

Power Slayer, leader of Synthesoids fights with Lion Fist
Iron Knight determines that the Tenebris organization was behind the theft of his panel, thanks to which he determines the location of their hideout. The superheroes reach the Tenebris hideout, which was occupied by a unit led by Power Slayer. It turns out that he has already managed to collect four panels, and the missing ones are located in the Astrum Fortes headquarters. Power Slayer detects the presence of the heroes and activates the base's self-destruct procedure. Thunder Striker is taking care of the evacuation, and Power Slayer uses the Liberator to use a powerful electromagnetic pulse, thus incapacitating Iron Knight. Dragon Rider confronts Power Slayer one-on-one, claiming that after fighting Reverse Rider, he will easily take down the mercenary. Power Slayer, using Liberator, easily defeats Dragon Rider, stating that it was Power Slayer who taught Reverse Rider.
When all the heroes are defeated, Lion Fist, a martial arts master who has been trained to eliminate his weaknesses, enters the fight. Lion Fist pushes Power Slayer to the defense, who transforms Liberator into a shield, but still loses. Lion Fist reveals to the other heroes that some time ago he faced Gaoh, a trader of the most valuable metal in the world, Neuranium, from Pai Zqua. Lion Fist determined that the stolen metal had ended up in the hands of the Tenebris unit led by Power Slayer, so he decided to help them. The four heroes take the cybernetic panels and the Power Slayer to the super ship funded by Captain Morgans and Solar Guardian - Zoomphator and go to the Astrum Fortes base.
Rebuilding the Xenotom[]

Power Slayer gets corrupted by Xenotome energy
All six cybernetic panels are gathered in the Astrum Fortes fortress. The heroes, not knowing their identities, are distrustful of each other, which leads to an argument that weakens their vigilance. Power Slayer, commanding the best Tenebris unit, makes a daring attack on the agency's headquarters at this time. As a result of the siege, the panels end up in the hands of Morgana, who combines them into Xenotome, a cybernetic cube. The woman reveals that she plans to create an artificial Albion. However, a mysterious dark matter penetrates the portal, which merges with Power Slayer, transforming him into Human Type Synthesoid. Power Slayer retains his will and betrays Morgana, telling her to never think that she can control him. Using negative energy, he manages to stun the witch. Solar Guardian, classifying Power Slayer as Alpha Level Threat, receives permission to enter the action, but Power Slayer escapes, taking Xenotome with him. Astrum Fortes tower is taken over by the Power Slayer, who uses it as a Xenotome-powered portal for the Synthesoids.
True Nature of Xenotome[]

Robert Potter explains Absolute Crystals
The defeated Singular Points are taken by Stella to the Nexus Library, known in Camelot, where the princess hopes to find a way to stop the Xenotome and the mutated Power Slayer. The team is greeted by Robert Potter, the guardian of the Nexus. The wizard explains to the Singular Points the true nature of the Xenotome. In reality, it is the Crystal of Formation, one of the seven Absolute Crystals. Absolute Crystals are a source of inexhaustible power representing another aspect of reality - Harmony, Destruction, Stagnation, Enchantment, Formation, Multiplication and Creation. According to Robert, power crystals are one of the oldest powers in their universe, and using one of them allows you to bend the laws of reality. Because their power was so great, the legendary guardians of the cosmos hid them in the form of other artifacts. Solar Guardian decides to place the sealed Liberator under Nexus' temporary care until they can deal with the Synthesoids. Potter also explains that the Liberator was created using the energy of the Harmony Crystal, which is why, despite the power of the Singular Points, the Power Slayer was able to dominate the heroes.
Identity Disclosure[]

Vigilantes Acceleration
Dragon Rider however states that the reason they lost is because they act as individuals and Synthesoid is an army that none of them can defeat alone despite their great power and the reason is their lack of confidence in themselves. Dragon Rider then takes off his hood and reveals his identity as private detective Adrian Drake. The other heroes also reveal their identities as Lucas Blaze, Raymond Shane, Cornel Allen and Michael Rider. Adrian begins to reflect that each of them is a power that wants to protect something, but if they do not unite, they will suffer a terrible defeat in the clash with absolute power. Thus, Dragon Rider, Iron Knight, Lion Fist, Thunder Striker, Stella, Solar Guardian, and Mystic Sorcerer form the Vigilantes.
Battle of Utopia[]

Battle of Utopia
The team, sharing their resources, reaches back to the capital of Patriam, the city of Utopia, using the spaceship Zoomphator. The Vigilantes face the Synthesoid army defending access to Astrum Fortes tower where the Power Slayer awaits them. Thunder Striker evacuates civilians using super speed. Mystic Sorcerer uses magic to create a force field that prevents Synthesoids from expanding outside the battle area. Dragon Rider and Lion Fist battle the Cobra-types and Spider-types on the ground while Iron Knight and Stella deal with the Bat-types in the air. Solar Guardian, in turn, reaches the skyscraper where he decides to face the Negative Power Slayer in a 1-on-1 fight.
Power Slayer is convinced of his victory, but Solar Guardian reveals that his solar power peaks at noon, making him an unstoppable warrior who easily dominates Power Slayer. He fails to defeat Slater in that time, however, and as noon passes, Power Slayer regains the upper hand. Iron Knight at that time took technopathic control over the teleportation system and managed to close the portal, which is why the Vigilantes capture Xenotome. The enraged Power Slayer plans to destroy them, but Stella fights him by releasing the 5th form of Excalibur - Raikiri, giving her the power of lightning. Dragon Rider then comes up with the idea to defeat Power Slayer with his own weapon. He is teleported by Mystic Sorcerer behind Power Slayer and with the help of the unleashed Liberator, Dragon Rider defeats Power Slayer which seals the victory of the Vigilantes.
Aftermatch[]
Several days after the Battle of Utopia, the Vigilantes decide to hand Xenotome over to the Astrum Fortes, where Thunder Striker will continue his research on him. Stella returns to Camelot and is greeted as a hero, informing King Sol about the Absolute Crystals. Lion Fist returns the stolen Neuranium to the Pai Zqua Order before informing them that he is returning to Patriam for more time. Iron Knight decides to create a base for the Vigilantes to help their team remain independent. Solar Guardian returns to the Solaris Corps, where he returns the destroyed Liberator and transports the arrested Power Slayer. Dragon Rider returns to his work as a private investigator and reads reports of a mysterious green lightning bolt. Mystic Sorcerer discovers another energy signature of the Absolute Crystal. Sarah Morgans communicates with the legendary hero of Earth, Luminos, regarding the success of their chosen team to succeed Luminos. Luminos expresses his satisfaction and warns Sarah that the tyrant seeking the Absolute Crystals is yet to come, and that the Negative Power Slayer was his weakest herald.

Astrium Takeover[]

Vigilantes take over Astrium
In 2020, the Vigilantes consisting of Dragon Rider, Iron Knight, Lion Fist, Thunder Striker, Stella, Solar Guardian and Mystic Sorcerer, track down Tenebris Research Base in the Himalayas who are trying to recreate the portal to Camelot. The Vigilantes, using their extraordinary powers, easily route the forces of Tenebris and durning their raid discover a mysterious highly advanced sphere whose age corresponds to the time of King Arthur. Stella states that the sphere is an Astrium artifact created by Merlin himself. Back at the Command Center, the new Vigilante base funded by Blaze Industries, Lucas and Cornel analyze Astrium and discover that it is emitting energy identical to Xenotome, meaning that Astrium is in fact the Absolute Crystal. However, before they inform the rest of team about this (Mystic Sorcerer would immediately seal the Crystal), Lucas, suffering from a lack of inspiration and creative block, convinces Cornel to realize the vision that Cornel once shared with him - the Cybergate - a time machine that will allow them to forever inscribe themselves in the history of the world as the most outstanding scientists, to which Allen agrees.
