During his second life in prison, Wilson witnessed the rise of the Zombie Apocalypse and managed to escape. With the aid of the Tracksuit Mafia, Daredevil, and Maya Lopez, Wilson Fisk continues his role as the Kingpin of the entire east coast of the United States, but over the years throughout the apocalypse, he suddenly got himself into a conflict with M.O.N.I.C.A., who was leading the National Force and became the Queenpin of her own secret criminal empire in Madripoor.

In 2018, Wilson was one of the surviving inmates that were able to escape from prison during the beginning of the Zombie Apocalypse. Seeking to regain his position as Kingpin and make a lot of money, Wilson was able to find his way in regaining profit, despite how many people were losing their lives and becoming flesh-eating zombies. With the help of the Tracksuit Mafia and his adoptive niece Maya Lopez, Wilson came across his old rival Matt Murdock, but the two chose to form a truce and work together as a way to survive this apocalypse that has begun to endanger humanity.[1]
